The Blues are currently preparing for their home clash at Stamford Bridge after having won the first leg last week 1-0 away.
Chelsea FC head into the game looking to bounce back to winning ways after their disappointing 2-0 loss to Liverpool FC in the Premier League at Anfield last weekend.
With Chelsea FC currently outside of the top-four spots in the Premier League, the Blues know that winning the Europa League this season could be one of their best hopes of qualifying for next season’s Champions League.
And former Liverpool FC striker Owen is backing the Blues to take a step towards the final by beating Slavia Prague in front of their home fans.
Writing in his column for BetVictor, Owen said: “Chelsea have won 10 of their 11 Europa League games so far this season – no English side has ever won 11 games in a European season.
“I expect them to make history and comfortably see off the challenge of Slavia Prague back at Stamford Bridge.”
Chelsea FC will return to Premier League action on Monday night when they host Burnley in front of their home fans at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues are aiming to try and finish in the top four this season after they ended up fifth under Antonio Conte last term.
