The Sunday Express is reporting that the Red Devils boss will be handed a record summer transfer budget to overhaul Manchester United’s ageing squad.
The same article states that Solskjaer is already working with the club’s recruitment team to identify players that could improve his squad this summer.
According to the same story, Manchester United are looking at Borussia Dortmund’s England international Jadon Sancho as a potential recruit.
The report goes on to suggest that Chelsea FC teenager Callum Hudson-Odoi and West Ham midfielder Declan Rice are also being viewed as players who could improve Manchester United.

Manchester United ended Saturday night in fifth place and two points behind fourth-placed Chelsea FC ahead of the west London outfit’s clash against Liverpool FC on Sunday.
The Red Devils lost 1-0 to FC Barcelona in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final at Old Trafford last week following Luke Shaw’s own goal in the first half.
