Website Goal is reporting that the England international is eager to make the prestigious shirt number his own amid growing talk of Hazard moving to the Spanish capital.
The same article states that Hudson-Odoi is close to a U-turn with regards to committing his future to Chelsea FC despite initial suggestions that the talented forward would leave.
According to the same story, the 18-year-old could sign a new deal before the start of the 2019-20 Premier League season if Hudson-Odoi is given assurances about his position at Chelsea FC.
The story goes on to suggest that Hudson-Odoi wants to be assured of a first-team place on the left side of the Chelsea FC attack.
And the Goal report adds that the newly-fledged England international is eager to wear the number 10 shirt should Hazard secure a move to Real Madrid.
Hudson-Odoi – who is currently recovering from Achilles surgery – was forced to wait to make his first Premier League start until a 3-0 victory over Brighton on 3 April.
Remarkably, the Chelsea FC starlet made his England debut before his Premier League debut.
Hudson-Odoi finished the season with a respectable return of five goals and two assists in 21 games in all competitions.
