Chelsea FC are ready to let Eden Hazard join Real Madrid this summer, according to reports in the British media.

The Daily Mail is reporting that the Blues are prepared to let the Belgian leave this summer despite the threat of their transfer ban.

According to the same article, Hazard has made it clear to Chelsea FC that he wants to leave for Real Madrid this summer after seven years with the west London club.

The same story also says that Chelsea FC are holding out for a bid of £87m to let Hazard leave the club this summer.

According to the same article, Chelsea FC spent months trying to convince Hazard to pen a new contract at the club, but they were unable to change his mind.

The sizeable transfer fee would help Chelsea FC to ease Financial Fair Play issues at the club, according to the same report.

Hazard is widely regarded as one of European football’s top attacking talents and he has been earning lots of praise for his performances of late.

The 28-year-old will be hoping to sign off with a win when the Blues take on Arsenal in the Europa League final in Baku next Wednesday night.
