Kepa Arrizabalaga has insisted that Chelsea FC are fully focused on both finishing in the top four and winning the Europa League this season.

The Blues are currently in pole position to claim the final top-four place in the Premier League in Maurizio Sarri’s first season in charge.

The west London side find themselves in fourth place in the table with two games left to play after the Blues were able to capitalise on the poor form of Manchester United and Arsenal in recent weeks.

Chelsea FC are also in with a chance of reaching the Champions League final next season, with the Blues having drawn 1-1 with Eintracht Frankfurt in the first leg of their semi-final clash last week.

Ending the season by finishing in the top four and winning the Europa League would be the perfect finale for a campaign which has had its ups and downs for the Blues.

And Kepa insists that he is fully focused on helping Chelsea FC to finish the season on a high.

Speaking in an interview with the Daily Mail, Kepa said: “That is our target. To finish in the top four, reach the Europa League final and win a trophy. We know it’s not easy but that would be a good first season.

“It’s been great. It is a change, everything’s different, a new country, a new league, a new team but it has given me a step forward in my career and that’s why I have committed to sign for Chelsea for so many years.

“I am really happy with how things have started. I am trying to adapt and that is something I must continue to do.”

Chelsea FC will return to Premier League action on Sunday afternoon when they host Watford in front of their home fans at Stamford Bridge.
