Italian outlet Tuttomercatoweb, as quoted by talkSPORT, is reporting that the three Premier League clubs are potentially interested in bringing the 25-year-old to England in the summer transfer window.
Suso was previously at Liverpool FC but he joined AC Milan in 2015 after failing to make an impact at Anfield.
At Milan, Suso has scored 23 goals and made 35 assists in 135 first-team appearances for the Serie A side.
Now, the same story says that north London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham are both being linked with a move for Suso, and that Liverpool FC are also interested in a deal to bring him back to Anfield.
The same story says that he would be available for a transfer fee of just £33m because of a release clause in his contract with the Italian side.
Arsenal are likely to be on the lookout for reinforcements this summer after they missed out on a top-four finish in the Premier League this season.
Spurs are also going to be looking to strengthen their squad, while Liverpool FC will want to add some more depth to their squad as they look to try and go one step further and win the Premier League next season.
