Liverpool FC star Sadio Mane responds to Real Madrid links
Liverpool FC star Sadio Mane plays down talk of an imminent move to La Liga giants Real Madrid

Sadio Mane has insisted that he is happy at Liverpool FC despite reports linking the winger with a move to Real Madrid.
The Senegal international was one of Jurgen Klopp’s standout performers in the Premier League as Liverpool FC finished in second place behind Manchester City.
Mane contributed 22 goals and made one assist in 36 games in the English top flight to finish as the division’s leading goal-scorer alongside Mohamed Salah and Sergio Aguero.
The African star and his Liverpool FC team-mates can still end the campaign with a trophy if the Merseyside outfit manage to beat Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League final on Saturday night.
Mane contributed four goals along the way as Liverpool FC managed to beat Bayern Munich, FC Porto and FC Barcelona en route to their second successive Champions League showpiece.
Unsurprisingly, the Senegal forward has reportedly been attracting interest from Real Madrid as Zinedine Zidane looks to overhaul his squad ahead of next season.
However, Mane was quick to commit his future to Liverpool FC ahead of their clash against Spurs in Madrid on Saturday night.
“Always this is part of football, so we have to deal with it, but for me the most important thing is Liverpool and I’m happy here,” Mane told Sky Sports.
“It’s always a pleasure that this kind of team wants [you], but don’t forget Liverpool. They beat big teams.
“I’m preparing for one of the biggest games for the club and the fans and the players as well, so let’s focus on this one first and win it.”
Liverpool FC signed Mane in a £34m deal from Southampton in the 2016 summer transfer window.
The Reds are still looking to win their first major trophy under German head coach Jurgen Klopp.
