Man United are lining up a big-money move to sign Lyon striker Moussa Dembele this summer, according to a report

Manchester United are plotting a £40m bid to sign Lyon striker Moussa Dembele, according to a report in England.
The Sun, as quoted by Metro, is reporting that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is eager to sign the former Celtic striker in the summer transfer window.
The same article states that the Red Devils would be willing to put forward a bid in the region of £40m for the Ligue 1 star.
According to the same story, Solskjaer wants to sign Dembele to in inject enthusiasm and youth into the spine of the Manchester United team.
The report goes on to suggest that Dembele could act as a direct replacement for Romelu Lukaku, who has struggled to adapt to life at Old Trafford.
Dembele has impressed since his €22m (£19.7m) move to Lyon from Celtic in the 2018 summer transfer window.
The 22-year-old netted 14 times and made four assists in 31 games in his first season in French top flight football.
Manchester United finished in sixth place in the Premier League table following a 2-0 loss to Cardiff City on the final day of the season.
Solskjaer’s side will have to make do with Europa League football next term after they missed out on one of the Champions League spots.
The Red Devils finished the season without silverware.
