Chelsea FC want to sign FC Barcelona attacker if transfer ban is overturned – report
Chelsea FC are interested in a deal to sign Philippe Coutinho from FC Barcelona this summer, say reports

Chelsea FC are interested in signing FC Barcelona star Philippe Coutinho if they are able to overturn their transfer ban, according to reports in Italy.
Italian reporter Gianluca Di Marzio is reporting that the Blues will attempt to try and bring Coutinho to Stamford Bridge as they look to strengthen their squad.
The Blues won the Europa League by beating Arsenal in the final last week and they will now turn their attention towards potential recruits in the summer transfer window.
Whether Chelsea FC will be able to make any signings will depend on whether the west London club are able to overturn their two-transfer window ban imposed by Fifa.
The Blues are appealing their ban at the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Switzerland as the bid to keep their ability to sign players this summer open.
The same story says that FC Barcelona are looking for a transfer fee of around €150m for Coutinho if they are to sell the former Liverpool FC playmaker.
The 26-year-old Coutinho has struggled to produce consistent performances since his move to Camp Nou from Liverpool FC back in January 2018.
As a result, the future of the Brazilian at Camp Nou has been in doubt ahead of the summer transfer window.
