Man United close to completing first summer signing – report
Manchester United are working on a deal to sign Daniel James from Swansea City in the summer, according to a reprot

Manchester United are on the verge of completing a deal to make Swansea City midfielder Daniel James their first signing of the summer transfer window, according to a report in England.
The Evening Standard is reporting that the Red Devils are working hard to finalise a deal for the Wales international before the summer transfer window officially opens next month.
The same article states that Manchester United and Swansea City are still to agree on a fee for the 21-year-old, who is thought to be valued at around £10m by the Premier League side.
According to the same story, Swansea are looking to secure a transfer fee in the region of £20m for the promising Welsh midfielder.
The report goes on to add that AS Monaco’s apparent interest in James has forced Manchester United to stop playing hardball over the fee to ensure Ole Gunnar Solskjaer doesn’t miss out on the promising midfielder.
The Swansea midfielder netted five times in 38 games in all competitions last season, although he was unable to help secure their promotion to the top flight.
Manchester United finished in sixth place in the Premier League table last term to miss out on a spot in the Champions League next term.
The Red Devils failed to win silverware for the second successive season.
