The Sun is reporting that the Gunners are “desperate” to land the Ivory Coast international this summer and are prepared to offer Calum Chambers, Mohamed Elneny and Carl Jenkinson to the Eagles to get the deal done.
Arsenal have been strongly linked with a move for Zaha this summer as Unai Emery looks to bolster his attacking options at The Emirates.
However, the Gunners are widely reported to have a small transfer budget to spend on new signings this summer due to their failure to qualify for next season’s Champions League.
According to the same story, Arsenal value their three fringe players at around £40m, which would effectively enable them to double their offer for Zaha.
The same article says that Zaha himself wants to sign for Arsenal, the club he supported as a boy growing up.
Zaha scored 10 goals and made five assists in 34 Premier League games for Crystal Palace last season.
Arsenal do not have Champions League football to offer the striker, after they finished fifth in the table and missed out on qualification for Europe’s elite club competition.
