Paul Ince has urged Gareth Bale to move to Liverpool FC in the summer transfer window.

The Real Madrid attacker’s future has been a source of speculation all summer following Zinedine Zidane’s reappointment at the Bernabeu.

Zidane has publicly revealed that Bale is likely to leave Real Madrid this summer as the speculation about his future continues.

Bale has inevitably been linked with a return to the Premier League, but it remains to see where his future really lies.

Now, former Liverpool FC and Manchester United winger Ince has spoken about his belief that Bale should be considering a move to Anfield to link up with Jurgen Klopp’s men.

Speaking in an interview with BBC Radio 5 live, Ince said: “For me, if Liverpool could afford him, he should go to Liverpool.

“If you look at the front three, they have played all summer so how much rest are they going to get before the season starts?

“Bale can play on the right, he can play left and he can play central. They have got Origi and Shaqiri but are they good enough?

“It can’t be about money for Bale, he needs to go to a team who can win things – the European champions, the team that finished second in the Premier League.”

Liverpool FC finished in second place in the Premier League table last season and just a point behind champions Manchester City.

The Reds won their first major trophy under Klopp when they beat Tottenham 2-0 in the Champions League final back in May.

Liverpool FC will now be focused on going one step further in the Premier League next season as they bid to lift the trophy for the first time in their history.
