The Daily Mail is reporting that the Gunners are on the verge of signing Tierney after Arsenal decided to restructure their £25m proposal.
The same article states that the north London side’s deal for Tierney appeared to have collapsed last week after the Gunners refused to improve their upfront offer.
According to the same story, the Scottish Premier League champions are prepared to sell Tierney if Arsenal will offer more money up front rather than in add-ons.
The Daily Mail go on to add that the Scotland international has informed Celtic that he would like to move to the Premier League side in the summer transfer window.
The same report goes on to add that AS Monaco are interested in signing Germany international Shkodran Mustafi in the summer transfer window.
