The Telegraph is reporting that the Blues are ready to sell France international Bakayoko and former Leicester midfielder Drinkwater,
The same article states that Bakayoko and Drinkwater were both omitted from their squad for their final pre-season friendly against Borussia Monchengladbach on Saturday.
According to the same story, the Blues are ready to listen to offers for both Bakayoko and Drinkwater, whether on permanent switches or loan bids.
The Telegraph go on to state that the west London side aren’t close to reaching any deals for Bakayoko or Drinkwater despite deadline day fast approaching.
Chelsea FC are currently serving a two-window transfer ban that was handed out by Fifa earlier this year.
The Blues have added Mateo Kovacic and Christian Pulisic to their squad after the Europa League winners agreed deals before their transfer ban was put in place.
The club’s record goal-scorer Frank Lampard took over the reins of Chelsea FC from Maurizio Sarri earlier this summer.
Lampard led Derby County to the Championship play-off final in his first season in professional management.
Chelsea FC will start the new Premier League season with a trip to Manchester United next Sunday.
