The 21-year-old has been a regular fixture in the Chelsea FC team so far this season and has been finding his form in front of goal for the Blues.
Abraham scored both of Chelsea FC’s goals in the first half of their 2-2 draw with Sheffield United at Stamford Bridge on Saturday before Lampard’s men were pegged back in the second half.
The striker has started three of four of Chelsea FC’s Premier League games so far this season, and has already notched up four goals following his doubles against Sheffield United and Norwich City.
Lampard has admitted that he has been delighted by Abraham’s fine form in recent weeks but says him and his coaching staff are still working on things he can improve.
Speaking in an interview with Chelsea FC’s website, Lampard said: “I’m delighted with Tammy.
“He has a really great attitude in training, a desire to score goals and his all-round game was really good as well.
“Myself and the staff are working closely with him on little bits of his game where I think he can be even better and he’s been very receptive to that.”
Chelsea FC have taken five points from their opening four Premier League games to leave them in 11th place in the table.
The west London side will return to Premier League action after the international break when they take on Wolves away from home on 14 September.
