The 21-year-old forward continued his fine start to the new campaign by scoring three goals and winning the man of the match award as Frank Lampard’s men returned to winning ways at Molineux.
Abraham has earned the faith of Lampard at Stamford Bridge this season and he has now scored seven goals in the Premier League so far this term for the west London side.
And the young forward was clearly delighted with his performance as he helped Chelsea FC to notch up their second win of the campaign under their new boss Lampard.
Speaking to Chelsea FC’s website after the game, Abraham said: “It’s been an amazing day.
“Coming to a place like Wolves is never easy so the manner of the victory is something we can be very pleased with. We played well, scored goals and got three points to take home with us so it’s been a great day.
“Obviously we did concede two goals and that is something we’re disappointed about because a clean sheet would have been fantastic but we will take the positives out of this performance and take it into the next game.”
Chelsea FC finished in third place in the Premier League and won the Europa League under Maurizio Sarri last term.
The Blues will return to Champions League action on Tuesday when they host Valencia at Stamford Bridge.
