Juventus are interested in a deal to sign Chelsea FC winger Willian in the January transfer window, according to a report in England.
The Daily Express is reporting that the Serie A champions are weighing up a move to sign Willian in a cut-price deal.
The same article, however, states Chelsea FC manager Frank Lampard is eager to keep the Brazil international at the west London side.
According to the same story, the Blues still haven’t started fresh talks with Willian over new contract at Stamford Bridge.
Willian has less than 12 months left to run on his current deal and the winger could leave on a free transfer in the summer.
The 32-year-old has made three appearances from the bench in the Premier League this season as Lampard continues to stick with youth.
Willian’s future has been a source of relentless debate over the past year or so.
The Brazilian winger has been previously linked with a move to FC Barcelona and Manchester United.
Chelsea FC have collected five points from their opening four games to make a mixed start to the Premier League season.
The Blues were held to a 2-2 draw with promoted side Sheffield United in the Premier League last weekend despite leading 2-0 at half-time.
