Andreas Pereira opens up about the impact Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been having at Man United

Andreas Pereira has praised Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for the impact he has been having at Manchester United this season.
The 23-year-old has featured in three of Manchester United’s four Premier League games so far this term and he notched up an assist in the 4-0 win over Chelsea FC on the opening weekend of the season.
Pereira is now back at Old Trafford and fighting for a place in the first team after having spent the last two seasons in Spain on loan to Granada and Valencia.
The Brazilian has now opened up about how supportive Solskjaer has been in helping him get ready for a return to English football this season.
Speaking in an interview quoted by the Manchester Evening News, Pereira said:“For me, it has been massive,” he said.
“It’s very important to me that he speaks highly about me and I just want to do my best on the pitch to show the faith back to him.
“It’s very important for the young players to be given this confidence and, then if you have the chance, you have to take it with both hands.
“We have a very positive way of playing now.
“It’s a style I like a lot. We’re moving in the right direction and everyone has the same mindset so I think we can achieve great goals this season.”
Meanwhile, Manchester United will return to Premier League action after the international break when they take on Leicester City at Old Trafford on Saturday 14 September.
The Red Devils find themselves in eighth place in the Premier League table after having only taken five points from their first four top flight games.
Manchester United finished in sixth place in the table and without a trophy last season.
