However, Sky Sports pundit Neville named three players that he’d target if he were Manchester United manager during a question-and-answer session on Twitter on Tuesday.
Neville replied to a question on Twitter asking for the three players he’d sign for Manchester United: “Varane, Kante and Mbappe”
The Red Devils will take on Azerbaijani side Astani in their opening Europa League fixture at Old Trafford on Thursday night.
Solskjaer’s side are looking to win the Europa League crown for the second time in four seasons.
Manchester United’s next Premier League game is a trip to West Ham United on Sunday afternoon.
They haven’t won the Premier League title since 2013.
