ESPN FC, as quoted by Metro, is reporting that the 28-year-old striker is now approaching a return to full fitness after a lay-off with an ankle injury.
Lacazette’s return will provide a welcome boost for the north London side, who travel to Sheffield United in the Premier League next Monday night.
According to the same story, if Lacazette is able to avoid any further setbacks in his recovery, he could be fit for Arsenal’s next clash at Bramall Lane next week.
The 28-year-old striker has scored two goals in three Premier League games for the Gunners so far this season.
He suffered the ankle injury setback during the 2-2 draw with Tottenham Hotspur at the start of last month, a game in which he netted a crucial strike just before half-time.
Arsenal sit in third place in the Premier League table as they look to try and challenge for a top-four finish under Unai Emery this season.
The Gunners are aiming to break back into the the Champions League qualification spots after they finished fifth and without a trophy last term.
