The pair have been in good form together in central defence for the Blues in recent weeks and they have played a significant role in helping Chelsea FC to climb the Premier League table.
The 21-year-old Tomori has started eight of Chelsea FC’s 11 Premier League games this season, while Zouma has featured in 10 of the Blues’ top-flight games.
They helped the Blues to claim a 2-1 win over Watford in the Premier League on Saturday evening as Chelsea FC made it five wins on the spin in the Premier League.
The pair have been shining in the absence of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen – and Lampard has admitted that he has been thrilled by their recent form.
Speaking in an interview quoted by Chelsea FC’s website, Lampard said: “I’m very pleased with how they’re both playing [Zouma and Tomori].
“I think they looked very composed against Watford and didn’t look bothered at all throughout the whole game.
“It’s nice they’ve been able to form a little bit of a partnership, but we need all four so when the others come back it’ll be even better for the competition.”
The defensive duo will be hoping to feature when Chelsea FC return to Champions League action with a crunch home clash against Ajax at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night.
The Blues will then host Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Saturday lunchtime before the final international break of the year.
