Jurgen Klopp’s side will make the trip to RB Salzburg in their next Champions League fixture on Tuesday 10 December needing a point to secure their place in the round of 16.
The Reds won the Champions League title last season thanks to a 2-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur in the final.
Liverpool FC were 2-1 winners against Crystal Palace last weekend thanks to Roberto Firmino’s 85th-minute winner for the Merseyside outfit.
The Reds will take on Brighton and Hove Albion in their next Premier League fixture at Anfield on Saturday afternoon.
Liverpool FC haven’t won the Premier League title but the Reds have finished in second place in 2002, 2009, 2014 and 2018.
