Liverpool FC have entered the race to sign Manchester United target Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund next summer, according to a report in England.

The Daily Mail is reporting that the Premier League leaders have shown a “firm interest” in the Borussia Dortmund winger following his excellent performances for Dortmund.

The same article states that Manchester United are the other Premier League club that remain interested in the 21-year-old, while Paris Saint-Germain are ready to rival the Premier League duo.

According to the same story, Sancho is feeling unsettled at the Bundesliga outfit after the transfer speculation in the summer and a difficult start to the season.

The Daily Mail report goes on to reveal that Sancho has fallen foul of Dortmund’s disciplinarian manager Lucien Favre in the current campaign following bans, fines and premature substitutions.

The story goes on to suggest that the England international’s struggles at Dortmund have alerted Liverpool FC, Manchester United and PSG to a possible deal.

Real Madrid have also revived their interest in Sancho after the La Liga giants initially expressed an interest in the 19-year-old last summer, according to the report.

Sancho has netted 18 times in 66 games in all competitions since his move to Borussia Dortmund in 2017.

The English forward started his professional career at Manchester City.
