Jadon Sancho stance revealed amid Man United transfer talk – report
Jadon Sancho will not push for a January move away from Borussia Dortmund, say reports
Jadon Sancho’s team have reiterated that the attacked will not push for a move away from Borussia Dortmund, according to reports.
The Athletic, as quoted by Metro, is reporting that the England international is not looking to seal a move away from the German club in the winter transfer window.
The same story cites recent reports that suggest that Sancho is a major target for Manchester United in the lead-up to the January transfer window.
According to the same article, Sancho told Dortmund last summer that he is not interested in switching clubs mid-way through the season – and that stance is said to have been reiterated to the German club once again during the international break.
It is claimed in the same story that Sancho’s plan is to stay at Dortmund for the whole season and then make a decision about his future at the end of the season.
The 19-year-old is widely regarded as one of European football’s top attacking talents and he has been in good form for Dortmund this season.
Sancho has scored four goals and made six assists in the Bundesliga in a total of 10 appearances for the German side.
Manchester United are likely to be linked with a host of new players in the coming weeks as they consider bolstering their squad in January.
