Gary Lineker took to social media to offer his reaction as Arsenal mounted an impressive comeback to claim a 3-1 win at West Ham United in the Premier League on Monday night.

The Gunners headed into the game on a dire run of form and with the north London side having only managed to win four of their 15 games in the Premier League.

Angelo Ogbonna gave the home side the lead in Stratford in the 38th minute as the Hammers went in 1-0 at the break.

Arsenal had struggled to find consistency in the first part of the game but they scored three excellent goals in nine second-half minutes to turn the clash on its head.

Gabriel Martinelli equalised for the Gunners in the 60th minute with a fine finish, before Nicolas Pepe curled home a brilliant second six minutes later.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang then netted a third goal three minutes later to put Arsenal in control of the clash.

The Gunners claimed their fifth Premier League victory of the season to move them up into ninth place in the table.

And England legend Lineker was quick to give his verdict on the game on social media as Arsenal mounted their comeback.

Lineker wrote on Twitter: “Arsenal have suddenly, inexplicably, become Arsenal again.”

Next up for Arsenal is their home clash in the Europa League against Standard Liege on Thursday night.

After that, they will take on defending champions Manchester City at home in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
