Frank Lampard admits he’s unsure when 23-year-old will return for Chelsea FC
Frank Lampard delivers the latest update on Ruben Loftus-Cheek's injury situation at Chelsea FC

Frank Lampard has admitted that he is unsure when Ruben Loftus-Cheek will be able to make a return from injury for Chelsea FC.
The 23-year-old has not played at all for Chelsea FC this season after he ruptured his Achilles in a post-season friendly against New England Revolution back in May.
Loftus-Cheek had been working on his fitness levels behind the scenes at Cobham as he pressed for a comeback, but Lampard has confirmed that the England international has suffered a number of setbacks on the road to recovery.
Lampard now admits that as things stand, he is not sure when Loftus-Cheek will be available for selection again.
Speaking after the 2-1 win over Aston Villa on Wednesday night, Lampard said: “Ruben has had a few setbacks over the last two months.
“He hasn’t had a new one but it is not flying along as much as we would want and it is not for the want of trying by everybody, including Ruben himself.
“There is nothing worse than being injured but at the moment we are no closer to him being fit.”
Meanwhile, Chelsea FC will return to Premier League action on Saturday lunchtime with a trip to Goodison Park to face Everton.
Their win over Villa in midweek left them in fourth place in the Premier League table as they chase Champions League qualification in Lampard’s first campaign in charge.
The Blues will take on French side Lille in their final Champions League group game at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night as they aim to progress to the last 16.
