Linda Pizzuti Henry has taken to social media to celebrate Liverpool FC’s 2-0 win over Watford in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

The Reds have been in incredible form this season and they continued their brilliant start to the campaign with a home victory against the Hornets.

Mohamed Salah scored once in either half to help the Reds maintain their position at the top of the Premier League table.

The Merseyside outfit managed to extend their lead at the top to 10 points thanks to the victory, with Leicester City having been held to a 1-1 draw by Norwich City later in the day.

Linda, who is the wife of Reds owner John W Henry, could not hide her delight as she took to Twitter to offer her reaction to the game.

Writing on her personal Twitter account before Leicester’s draw with Norwich, she said: “Another three points after today’s clean sheet win. @LFC is now 11 points clear at the top of the table after 17 matches.”

The result was the perfect way for Jurgen Klopp to celebrate signing his new long-term deal with the Reds.

The German put pen to paper on a new contract to keep him at Anfield until 2024 on Friday as he committed his long-term future to the Merseyside outfit.

Liverpool FC will now switch their attentions towards the League Cup and their quarter-final clash against Aston Villa on Tuesday night.

After that, they will jet off to take part in the Fifa Club World Cup, before a crunch Premier League clash with second-placed Leicester City on Boxing Day.
