Negredo, Kompany and more: Twitter reacts as Man City thrash West Ham
Alvaro Negredo and Vincent Kompany both tweet their thoughts as Manchester City hit West Ham for six

Alvaro Negredo hit a hat-trick as Manchester City thrashed West Ham United 6-0 in the first leg of their League Cup semi-final.
The Spaniard scored twice in the opening 26 minutes to put City in charge, and Yaya Toure added a third goal five minutes before half-time.
Negredo completed his treble in the 52nd minute, before Edin Dzeko added a further two goals to all but secure City’s place in the Wembley final.
