Andre Villas-Boas wants Tottenham to get back on track at Fulham
Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas wants his side to get their top-four bid back on track against Fulham on Wednesday

Andre Villas-Boas has urged Tottenham Hotspur to beat Fulham and get their top-four bid back on track on Wednesday night.
Spurs have fallen 10 points behind Premier League leaders Arsenal after successive losses to Newcastle and Manchester City before a 2-2 draw with Manchester United at White Hart Lane on Sunday.
After Sunday’s performance we want to do well at Fulham and put ourselves back on track

Despite twice surrendering a winning position last weekend, Villas-Boas was happy to secure a point against the defending champions and gain much-needed confidence ahead of their trip to Craven Cottage.
“It was important to get the confidence back in a difficult game against United, as you can imagine following the defeat at City,” Villas-Boas told Tottenham’s website.
“It was the response we wanted, now we go to Fulham, a stadium where we did well last season.”
On Fulham’s new coach, Villas-Boas added: “The reality is that with a change of manager, the Fulham side won’t be completely different, but I’m sure we’ll see some new things.
“The motivation of a new coach is also important, especially for fringe players who weren’t involved before. It gives them a lift.
“Fulham’s system could be a surprise. We can’t predict what is going through Rene’s mind so we have to be careful.
“From our point of view, after Sunday’s performance, we want to do well at Fulham and put ourselves back on track.”
