Guillem Balague gives latest update on Antoine Griezmann to Man United link
The Spanish football expert has given his take on the talk linking Antoine Griezmann with a summer transfer to Manchester United
Guillem Balague has revealed that there is no agreement in place for Manchester United to sign Antoine Griezmann this summer.
The Red Devils have been heavily linked with a summer swoop for the France international as Jose Mourinho begins to think about bolstering his Manchester United squad ahead of the transfer window.
However, there is yet to be any official announcement from either Manchester United or Atletico Madrid, and Spanish football expert Balague has confirmed that there is no deal yet in place.
Asked by a user on Twitter for the latest update on the speculation, Balague tweeted: “In this point in time, right now, today, NOTHING has been signed or agreed between Griezmann and United, or United and Atletico.”
Manchester United are likely to want to bring in a number of new players in the summer transfer window as Jose Mourinho prepares for his second season in charge at Old Trafford.
