Martin Keown reacts to Alexandre Lacazette’s display in Arsenal’s 2-1 win over Burnley
Martin Keown has his say on Alexandre Lacazette's goal in Arsenal's 2-1 victory over Burnley on Saturday

Martin Keown praised Alexandre Lacazette’s clinical finish in Arsenal’s 2-1 victory over Burnley at The Emirates on Saturday afternoon.
The France international was named in Arsenal’s starting XI alongside Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang for the north London side’s first home game of the season.
Lacazette required just 13 minute to break the deadlock at The Emirates after the French striker showed great composure and strength to fire past Nick Pope from a tight angle.
Arsenal restored their lead in the second half thanks to Lacazette’s strike partner Aubmeyang after Ashley Barnes levelled before half-time.
Lacazette was substituted for club record signing Nicolas Pepe in the second half.
Former Arsenal defender Keown was full of praise for Lacaezette’s breakthrough goal at The Emirates.
“We talked about his quality,” Keown told BT Sport.
“How has he squeezed it in? He’s got no right to score from there. His control is great. He gets his shot off through the goalkeeper’s legs.”
Lacazette moved to Arsenal in a £52m deal from Ligue 1 side Lyon in the 2017 summer transfer window.
The France striker has netted 36 times in 88 games since his big-money move to Arsenal over 24 months ago.
Arsenal have won their opening two Premier League games following a 1-0 victory over Newcastle United at St James’ Park last weekend.
The Gunners will make the trip to Champions League holders Liverpool FC in their next Premier League clash on Sunday 24 April.
The north London outfit will be hoping to extend their 100 per cent record against Jurgen Klopp’s side next weekend.
