Arsenal’s Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain confident of top-four finish
Arsenal forward Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain believes the Gunners can secure a top-four finish, drawing confidence from last season

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain says Arsenal’s successful surge for a top-four finish last season will help the Gunners secure Champions League football in the coming weeks.
The Gunners moved into third position ahead of Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur after a 3-1 victory over Norwich City at The Emirates on Saturday.
It was Arsenal’s fourth successive Premier League win, and Oxlade-Chamberlain is drawing confidence from their third-place finish last term.
“That helps to know that we did it last season and we managed to squeeze in last season for the Champions League in the way that we did,” he said.
“Previous experiences can help you and contribute in the way that you feel in the season afterwards.
“The fact that we did it last season definitely helps our confidence to do it again this season.”
Oxlade-Chamberlain also believes Arsenal have cultivated a special team spirit after Arsene Wenger’s men again came from behind to rescue three points on Saturday.
“We really have built that team spirit, solidarity and winning mentality. We never give up,” he added.
“To come back from a goal down in the last few minutes is brilliant and it gives us a massive boost, massive confidence and a massive three points looking forward to the end of the season.”
