Chelsea FC replaced Antonio Conte with another Italian after Maurizio Sarri embraced his first Premier League post.
The Blues started the Premier League campaign with a 3–0 win over Huddersfield Town at John Smith’s Stadium on Saturday.
Arsenal, on the other hand, suffered a chastening 2-0 defeat by defending Premier League champions Manchester City.
Chelsea FC will host Arsenal in their next Premier League fixture at Stamford Bridge on Saturday evening.
Former Chelsea FC star Nevin believes the Blues will rival Arsenal for fourth spot in the Premier League this term.
“I think Arsenal and Chelsea will be battling it out for fourth and fifth,” Nevin told Irish radio station Newstalk.
Chelsea FC won the FA Cup last season thanks to a 1-0 win over Manchester United, while Arsenal finished the campaign empty handed.
The Blues ended up in fifth spot in the Premier League table last term.
