Arsenal have agreed basic terms with Premier League striker – report
Arsenal have agreed basic terms with striker Romelu Lukaku this summer, say reports

Arsenal have agreed terms with Romelu Lukaku in a bid to sign the striker this summer and are now waiting for Everton to lower their £55m asking price, according to reports.
Italian journalist Emanuele Giulianelli, writing in his column for Tribal Football, is claiming that the Gunners have been in talks with the striker’s representatives and are confident that the Belgium international wants to join them this summer.
However, the same report goes on to say that Everton are demanding a £55m transfer fee for the player, which Arsenal are not currently willing to pay.
But there may still be some hope in Arsenal’s pursuit of the former Chelsea man, because the story also suggests that Everton would be willing to lower their asking price later on in the transfer window.

Arsene Wenger has already signalled his intention to bolster his attacking options ahead of next season with the club’s failed bid to sign Jamie Vardy from Leicester City.
The Gunners have thus far only brought in midfielder Granit Xhaka and forward Takuma Asano in the summer transfer window.
