Arsenal’s Jack Wilshere: I haven’t changed since Mesut Özil arrival
Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere rubbishes the suggestion that he has been forced to alter his game since Mesut Özil's arrival

Jack Wilshere doesn’t believe that he has been forced to alter his game since Mesut Ozil’s arrival at Arsenal.
The 25-year-old Germany international, who is set to miss the clash against England at Wembley, has scored three goals and made five assists since a £42.5m switch to the Gunners from Real Madrid.
Wilshere hasn’t featured alongside Arsenal’s club-record signing as much as the Englishman would have liked after a string of injuries hampered the midfielder’s start to the season.
But the England international is thrilled to have such a “top, top player” as his team-mate, adding that he’s followed Ozil since the playmaker’s eye-catching impact at 2010 World Cup.
“I don’t think my game has changed. I haven’t played that much,” Wilshere said.
“He’s been superb since he’s come.
“He’s a top, top player and he’s been like that for years. Ever since the 2010 World Cup, I’ve been watching him. He’s a great player.
“He’s one of a few for Germany. You’ve got players like [Marco] Reus. They have a great midfield. It’s going to be a tough night for us but we’ll be ready for that.”
