Juventus are weighing up a potential swoop to sign Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey this summer, according to a report in England.

Italian media outlet Calciomercato, as quoted by the Daily Mirror, is claiming that the Serie A champions are interested in a deal to sign the Wales international in the 2018 summer transfer window.

The same article states that Juventus are interested in a cut-price deal for Ramsey given the Welsh midfielder will be a free agent at the end of the 2018-19 Premier League campaign.

According to the same story, the Italian giants remain interested in a move to sign Liverpool FC star Emre Can, who is set to be available on a free transfer at end of the current season.

Ramsey has been one of Arsenal’s better players in an otherwise disappointing season for the north London side.

The 27-year-old has scored six goals and has made six assists in 20 appearances in the Premier League this season.

Ramsey netted a brilliant goal in Arsenal’s 4-1 win against Russian side CSKA Moscow in the Europa League quarter-final before the Gunners lost 2-1 in the return leg.

Arsenal lost 2-1 to Newcastle United at St James’ Park last weekend to remain in sixth place.
