Tim Sherwood reveals Arsenal’s big problem with Alexis Sanchez
Alexis Sanchez has nothing to play for at Arsenal, former Spurs manager Tim Sherwood says

Alexis Sanchez has nothing to play for at Arsenal, Tim Sherwood has claimed.
The South American has attracted criticism in recent weeks for some poor performances in the Arsenal team.
The Gunners star has been accused of downing tools by some pundits after falling short of his high standards.
Sanchez has only scored four times and made three assists in 15 appearances in the Premier League.
The 28-year-old has been linked with a potential move to Manchester City in the January transfer window.
The Citizens failed to sign Sanchez in the summer after Arsenal were unable to recruit a replacement.
Sanchez won’t feature in next summer’s World Cup after Chile missed out on a place in the major tournament.
Former Spurs boss Sherwood believes Sanchez’s lack of commitment is down to Chile’s failure to qualify for the World Cup.
“What has Sanchez got to play for?” Sherwood told The Debate on Sky Sports.
“Chile didn’t get to the World Cup. He’s got nothing to play for and to keep playing well.”
Sanchez has less than seven months remaining in his current Arsenal deal.
The Arsenal star could leave on a free transfer next summer unless the Gunners can change Sanchez’s mind.
The north London side finished in fifth place in the Premier League table last term to miss out on a Champions League spot.
