Arsenal and Liverpool FC will have to pay £30m to sign Ajax winger Hakim Ziyech this summer, according to a report in Netherlands.
Dutch media outlet De Telegraaf, as quoted by the Daily Mirror, is reporting that the Champions League semi-finalists are anticipating Ziyech’s departure this summer.
The same article states that Arsenal and Liverpool FC have shown an interest in the Morocco international following his impressive Champions League performances this term.
According to the same story, the 26-year-old has received offers from Serie A giants AS Roma, while there are also some German and Spanish clubs who are interested in the lightweight winger.
The same report goes on to say that the Eredivisie champions are prepared to sell Ziyech if they receive an offer in the region of £30m for the pacy winger.
Ziyech netted 16 times and made 13 assists in 29 games in the Dutch top flight last term to play a big part in their title success after narrowly beating PSV Eindhoven to the title.
The Morocco international was particularly impressive in Ajax’s dramatic loss to Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League semi-finals, netting a brilliant goal in the second leg at the Amsterdam Arena.
Ziyech has scored 40 goals in 128 games in all competitions over the past three seasons.
