Unai Emery has his say on Aaron Ramsey after it was confirmed that the midfielder has played his last game for Arsenal

Unai Emery has praised Aaron Ramsey’s attitude after it was confirmed that the midfielder has played his last game for Arsenal.
The midfielder has signed a pre-contract agreement to join Juventus at the end of the season and his hamstring injury has ruled him out of Arsenal’s final games of the campaign.
Ramsey has enjoyed a decorated 11-year stay at Arsenal, winning three FA Cups during his stay at The Emirates.
Many Arsenal fans will be disappointed to see the Wales international leave The Emirates at the end of the season, and Emery has now paid tribute to the former Cardiff City midfielder after having worked with him this term.
Speaking at a news conference on Wednesday night, Emery said: “For me it was a good experience to work with him especially because he can transmit his energy. He showed me his heart is red with Arsenal.
“I said to him one month ago that I wanted to do something important in his last matches with us. It will not be with him on the pitch, now, but he is still with us.
“He ‘feels’ Arsenal, and he wants to enjoy the last matches with us.”
Arsenal will return to Premier League action on Sunday when they host Brighton and Hove Albion at The Emirates.
The Gunners are currently fifth in the table as they bid to try and break back into the top four before the season is out.
The north London side finished in sixth place in the Premier League table last season in what was Arsene Wenger’s final campaign in charge of the club.
