Alex Iwobi opens up about Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez's transfer situations at Arsenal

Alex Iwobi has admitted that he is desperately hoping that both Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil choose to sign new contracts with Arsenal.
The pair’s names have never been far from the headlines in recent months after they both entered into the final 12 months of their contracts at The Emirates.
Sanchez was heavily linked with a move away from Arsenal in the summer but he ended up staying at the north London club despite being touted as a target for Manchester City.
Ozil, meanwhile, also has less than 12 months left on his current deal at The Emirates and he is yet to sign a new deal with the club.
Midfielder Iwobi admits that he is he a huge admirer of both players and is very keen for them to stay at the club beyond the next two transfer windows.
Speaking to the Sun, Iwobi said: “When they are fit they are unstoppable. They are both capable of changing a game — or a season.
“They have a big decision to make. But it would be a huge setback to lose them because from the stats you can see we do need them for their goals and assists.
“For a team like Arsenal, we need to be aiming for the top four and we need what they bring.”
Both Sanchez and Ozil will be hoping to feature for Arsenal when the Gunners return to Premier League action after the international break with a trip to Watford on Saturday evening.
The Gunners are currently in fifth place in the Premier League table and six points behind leaders Manchester City after seven games of the new campaign.
