David Seaman sends warning to new Arsenal signing
David Seaman warns Bernd Leno that it will take time for him to adapt to the rigours of the Premier League

David Seaman has warned Bernd Leno that it will take time for him to adapt to the rigours of the Premier League at Arsenal.
The German goalkeeper signed for the north London side earlier this month as new manager Unai Emery moved to bring in a new shot-stopper ahead of his first campaign at the club.
The 26-year-old, who signed from Bayer Leverkusen, will be hoping to make the number one spot his own at The Emirates as he looks to earn a regular spot in the first team with the Gunners.
It remains to be seen whether Emery will keep hold of David Ospina and Petr Cech at The Emirates for next season as the transfer window clock ticks down.
However, the former Arsenal goalkeeper seems to think that Leno could take a bit of time to get used to the rigours of the Premier League following his move to England.
Speaking in an interview with the Daily Mirror, Seaman said: “I am always cautious as to when a goalkeeper comes into the Premier League because it takes them a little while to get used to it.
“If you think back to David De Gea, he really struggled in his first season at Man United but he has really pushed on since then.
“So if Leno is the number one it will be interesting just to see how he adapts to the Premier League.”
Arsenal will be looking to try and break back into the top four next season after they finished in sixth place and without a trophy last season.
The north London side have not won the Premier League since their famous unbeaten triumph back in 2004.
