New Arsenal technical director already working on signings – report
Edu is working with Unai Emery on Arsenal's summer transfer business, according to reports

New Arsenal technical director Edu is already working with Unai Emery on making a number of signings this summer, according to reports in the Brazilian media.
Brazilian outlet UOL Esporte, as quoted by Metro, is reporting that Edu is expected to be named as the club’s new technical director this summer after the end of the Copa America.
However, it’s being reported in the same story that Edu has already begun work with Emery on helping the north London club to identify potential transfer targets this summer.
Emery is believed to be on the lookout for a number of new signings this summer as the Arsenal boss looks to add to his squad ahead of his second season in charge.
The north London side finished in fifth place in the Premier League table last season and without a trophy after they lost 4-1 to Chelsea FC in the Europa League final.
According to the same story, Edu has already advised Emery on transfers and is taking an “active role” in the decision-making process.
Arsenal are yet to complete any new signings this summer despite having been linked with a number of players over the last few weeks.
