Henrikh Mkhitaryan sends clear Arsenal message to Aaron Ramsey
Henrikh Mkhitaryan explains why he wants Aaron Ramsey to stay at Arsenal

Henrikh Mkhitaryan has urged Aaron Ramsey to commit his future to Arsenal by staying at the club.
The Wales international’s future has been a source of speculation this summer because his current contract with the Gunners is due to expire at the end of next season.
Ramsey has been training with his Arsenal team-mates in recent weeks as the Gunners get used to life under new manager Unai Emery.
It remains to be seen whether the 27-year-old Wales star will sign a new deal to commit himself to the north London club.
However, his team-mate Mkhitaryan wants to see Ramsey stay at Arsenal and commit his long-term future to the Gunners under new boss Emery.
Speaking to football.london, Mkhitaryan said: “He has been at this club for 10 years already and it seems he has become a symbol for this club.
“I will be very happy for him if he is going to sign a new contract because he is [part of the] history of Arsenal already and I hope he can become a legend.
“His work rate is high and everyone appreciates what he does on the pitch and off the pitch because he is a true professional.
“It is very easy to be next to him on the pitch because he tries to be everywhere to help the team, to score goals, with assists, to tackle and recover balls.
“That’s why I am going to be very happy if he stays at this club.”
Arsenal will be aiming to at least break back into the top four next season as the Gunners aim to try and secure Champions League qualification.
The north London side have not won the Premier League title since their famous unbeaten triumph in 2003-04, and they ended up sixth and without a trophy in Arsene Wenger’s final campaign in charge last term.
Arsenal have signed five new players so far this summer as the Gunners prepare for life under new boss Emery.
