Ian Wright admits he would welcome the appointment of Antonio Conte as Arsenal manager.
The Gunners lost 2-1 to Brighton and Hove Albion in the Premier League at Amex Stadium earlier this month.
And Arsenal had lost their last four games in all competitions following losses to Swedish side Ostersunds and Brighton before bouncing back in recent games.
The north London side suffered a 3-0 defeat by Manchester City in the League Cup final at Wembley last month.
And they conceded three first-half goals to lose 3-0 to Pep Guardiola’s side in their Premier League meeting earlier this month.
However, they have bounced back recently with wins over AC Milan and Watford to show signs of a turnaround in form.
Conte guided Chelsea FC to Premier League title glory last term after the Blues finished seven points clear of Tottenham Hotspur.
The Chelsea FC boss has struggled in his second season at Stamford Bridge following four victories in 15 games in 2018 so far.
Former Arsenal striker Wright is adamant that Conte would be a great appointment at Arsenal.
“I’d probably want someone like Conte,” Wright told BBC Radio 5 live.
“He will sort out a dressing room for a start.
“Any manager who comes into the dressing room has to get those players feeling like there is accountability for losses.”
Arsenal finished in sixth place in the Premier League table last term to miss out on a place in the Champions League.
The Gunners have won the Premier League title in two of the past three seasons but lost 4-2 to Nottingham Forest last term.
