The Sunday Post, as quoted by the Daily Mirror, is reporting that the Gunners are preparing to return to Celtic with an improved offer for the 22-year-old defender.
The same story says that Arsenal have already made an opening bid of about £15m for the defender, but they are now ready to return with an increased offer.
It is claimed in the same article that Unai Emery has identified Tierney as one of his top targets for the summer transfer window as he looks to strengthen his squad ahead of next season.
And the story also says that Arsenal are willing to meet the £25m transfer fee being demanded by Celtic for the young defender.
The story says that Arsenal would pay £20m up front, and then follow that up with £5m in add-ons.
It is also claimed in the same article that Arsenal are willing to offer Carl Jenkinson to Celtic as part of the deal.
