Arsenal haven’t won the Premier League title since 2003-04 when the Gunners went unbeaten throughout the campaign.
Former Spurs midfielder Redknapp emphatically ruled Arsenal out of this season’s title race.
“I don’t think Arsenal can win the league,” Redknapp told Sky Sports.
Arsenal signed Bosnian defender Sead Kolasinac and Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette in the summer transfer window.
The Gunners won their third FA Cup in the last four seasons thanks to a 2-1 victory over Chelsea at Wembley.
