David Seaman explains why Arsenal will beat Liverpool FC

David Seaman is backing Arsenal to beat Liverpool FC on Friday night because he feels that Gunners have what it takes to expose the Reds’ shaky defence.
The north London side are preparing for the game as they bid to gain revenge for their 4-0 thrashing at the hands of the Reds at Anfield when the two teams last met in the Premier League back in August.
One major subplot to the game is that it marks the first time that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could come up against his former club since leaving Arsenal to sign for Liverpool FC on transfer deadline day in the summer.
Liverpool FC have been earning rave reviews for their brilliant attacking displays in recent months but they have still conceded more goals than any other team in the top four in the Premier League.
And former Arsenal goalkeeper Seaman feels sure that the north London side have what it takes to beat Jurgen Klopp’s men and claim all three points on Friday night.
Speaking in an interview with Tag Heuer, Seaman said: “The Liverpool defence is not strong at the moment, it’s not confident and it’s a little bit unpredictable.
“They need to get more consistent and that’s the area that I’d be really testing because attacking wise they’re brilliant, midfield they’re great, defensively they’re not so good.”
Arsenal know that a victory on Friday night would move them into fourth place in the Premier League table over Christmas.
