Gary Neville: My honest thoughts on Arsenal and Liverpool FC
Gary Neville delivers his verdict on both Arsenal and Liverpool FC after Friday night's thriller at The Emirates

Gary Neville believes that both Arsenal and Liverpool FC are incapable of seeing out results due to the way they have been performing this season.
Liverpool FC found themselves 2-0 up at Arsenal early in the second half of Friday’s Premier League clash at The Emirates, only for the Gunners to score three quick-fire goals to take the lead.
However, it was Roberto Firmino who had the final say, when he netted an equaliser for Jurgen Klopp’s men to earn them a point at The Emirates.
Both Liverpool FC and Arsenal have come in for plenty of criticism this season for their failure to defend leads and their overall shaky displays at the back.
And former Manchester United star Neville believes that both Arsenal and Liverpool FC have plenty of work to do when it comes to becoming more resolute.
Speaking to Sky Sports after Friday’s game, Neville said: “Liverpool should have been out of sight at half-time.
“Arsenal were paralysed first half. They didn’t perform. They were really poor. It was the big story to get them in at 1-0. It could have been three or four.”
He added: “Both managers can’t trust their teams to see out a result. They do concede goals under stress. That is a real challenge for the managers.”
Arsenal will return to Premier League action on Thursday when they take on Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.
Liverpool FC, meanwhile, will aim to get back to winning ways in the top flight when they take on Swansea City at Anfield on Boxing Day.
