Ian Wright sends furious message to Mesut Ozil after Arsenal comments
Ian Wright hits out at Mesut Ozil after the Arsenal playmaker's social media statement over the weekend

Ian Wright has hit back at Mesut Ozil after the Arsenal playmaker hit out at former Gunners players about their criticism of the team.
Ozil posted a statement on social media as he reflected on his first four years at Arsenal over the weekend as he singled out a number of ex-Gunners players for their criticism of Arsene Wenger’s side.
The Germany playmaker’s future has been a relentless source of speculation in recent months after he entered into the final 12 months of his contract at The Emirates.
Ozil and most of his Arsenal team-mates were fiercely criticised for their performance during their 4-0 thrashing at the hands of Liverpool in their most recent Premier League game.
And Wright believes that Ozil is out of line to hit out at some pundits given the situation that he and Arsenal are currently in.
Wright told BBC Radio 5 live: “Am I a former Arsenal player who is in the media? Am I a pundit?
“Who else is he talking about, Thierry [Henry]? Dicko [Lee Dixon]? I’m sure they feel the same way, we all feel the same way because we are all passionate and all love the club.
“What are we supposed to say, that they’re unbelievable, and in the board room, and the boss, and the way they’re playing?
“Because they’re not. I can’t understand it, a player that is not actually performing on the pitch is calling people out, and he’s not signing a contract, it’s laughable.”
Arsenal, who finished fifth and won the FA Cup last season, return to Premier League action after the international break with a home clash against Bournemouth at The Emirates.
