Arsenal agree £72m fee to sign Nicolas Pepe from Lille – report
Arsenal have agreed a £72m deal to sign Nicolas Pepe from Lille this summer, say reports

Arsenal have agreed a £72m fee to sign Nicolas Pepe from Lille this summer, according to reports in Italy.
Sky Sport Italia, as quoted by Sky Sports in the UK, is reporting that the Gunners are closing in on the signing of the Lille winger.
The same story says that the north London side have appeared to have trumped Italian side Napoli to the signing of the attacker by offering superior terms.
According to the article, Arsenal are willing to pay Pepe £4.5m a year, which is more than Napoli were prepared to offer the forward.
The same story says that signing Pepe has become more financially viable for Arsenal than Wilfied Zaha, because Lille are prepared to receive more of the fee in instalments.
The attacking midfielder was in top form for Lille last season, scoring 22 goals and making 11 assists in Ligue 1 for the French club.
Arsenal are looking to assemble a squad capable of helping them to break back into the top four next season after they finished fifth and without a trophy last term.
They confirmed the signings of William Saliba and Dani Ceballos on loan from Real Madrid last week.
